TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Glamorous Cosmetics Studio. The information below outlines my booking policies and helps ensure every appointment runs as smoothly as possible.

Bridal Services

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

  • Your remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

  • A minimum booking value of £200 applies to mobile bridal bookings (excluding travel and bridal previews).

  • Travel is charged at 50p per mile (round trip) from Kingswood, Bristol.

  • Full Bridal Terms & Conditions will be provided with your booking confirmation and contract.

​Beauty Treatments

  • Beauty appointments can be booked online up to 10 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur a 100% charge.

  • Patch testing is required for all new clients where applicable and must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Appointments requiring a patch test may be cancelled if a patch test has not been completed.

Training Courses

  • A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your practical training date.

  • Practical training is available Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability.

  • Students are in charge of sourcing their own models

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your course.

  • Your booking fee can be transferred to another available date within 6 months of your original booking.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Prices and services are subject to change.

  • By booking an appointment with Glamorous Cosmetics Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
